Hampton Police, NH - Testing & Exam Information

To be eligible to test you must first get a Job Application on file. Applicants completing a Job Application will be notified by Email approximately a month before the exam is scheduled. Walk-ins are turned away at the door. Filing a Job Application puts you on our email notification list.

Applicants completing the written exam with a passing score will be invited to the Agility Test.  The Agility Test will be conducted immediately after the completion of the written exam.  To take part in the Agility Test you must have Medical Clearance.  Medical Clearance Forms must be completed prior to taking part in the Agility Test.

After completing the Written and Agility you should be prepared to select a time for a Oral Board Interview the following week.

  Check-in will start 30 minutes prior to testing. The test will begin PROMPTLY!
  
  
• COST - 
  $20.00 - Must be prepaid. Testing fee is not refundable. Details provided when you file an application.

• PARKING - 
  Park for testing in the large Town of Hampton municipal parking lot in front of the Hampton Police Station .
  
  
• IMPORTANT - 
  You must bring a government issued Photo ID & signed Medical Clearance Form with you on the day of testing.
  
  
• DRESS - 
  Casual attire for the written exam.
